Refund Policy: 90% of original amount refunded if cancelled by 4/15/2013. 50% if cancelled by 4/30/2013. No refunds issued for cancellations after 4/30/13. Please direct all inquiries and refund requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration fee will help offset the costs of the Summit, however, we do not want this to be a barrier to anyone's participation. If your budget does not allow for such a fee, please contact us to apply for a discount or full waiver.
To support participation of other delegates who require discounted or waived registration fees, please use the "Optional Donation" box to make a tax deductible contribution to the Summit Scholarship Fund in addition to your registration fee. Thank you!
